All text and photographs on this web site are the copyright property of
Joanna Howells. Visitors are welcome to download images and text for personal
use. However, teachers, students and anyone else who wishes to use text
or images for any other purposes, such as teaching and the writing of
articles for publication, must contact Joanna Howells to ask for permission.
Payment
Payment by Pay Pal is possible in any currency. I generate the invoice
and e-mail it to you.
Payment is accepted by credit or debit cards. Master Card, Maestro, Visa,
Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, and American Express are accepted. Do not
email your card details. Telephone or email, to initiate payment. I can
only accept payment in Sterling by credit card.
Payment by cheque is fine. Cheques usually take 5 days to clear once paid
in.
Once payment is received I will make every effort to dispatch your order
to you within a week.

Delivery Policy:
Pots will be insured. If there is a breakage in transport please hold
on to the broken pot and get in touch with me.
Postal Delivery Charges:
The cost of postage to the UK is £7 per item. I use Royal Mail Special
Delivery which is meant to arrive the Next Day. If you have ordered a
number of pots it may be better to use a courier. I will contact you if
this is the case. I will send work to any destination worldwide. Contact
me for postage costs.
Tythegston Pottery Returns Policy
This policy applies to ceramics sold by Joanna Howells
There is a 7-day returns guarantee for consumers.
The 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy
with a pot purchased from Joanna Howells via www.joannahowells.co.uk you
can return it within 7 days of the date you received it provided it is
unused and in perfect condition. I will issue a full refund of the price
you paid for the pot(s). If you are returning a pot it is very important
to take great care with the packing. Please make sure you insure
the item before dispatching it as I will not be able to refund if the
item is broken in transit to me.
Note: Regrettably Tythegston Pottery is not responsible for the cost of
returning items. If you have any questions please contact me.
